Richard has been a Project Controls Manager with Hainline since 2007 providing a wide range of construction consulting services for clients including: construction scheduling, schedule delay analysis, claim preparation, claim analysis, and project management. Richard has 25 years of experience in the construction industry providing scheduling, claims, and management duties on a wide array of projects including large commercial and residential buildings, major remodel/ renovation projects, hospitals, schools, large civil/roadway projects, water treatment facilities, and railroad/light rail projects.
